Professional and knowledgeable service

If I didn't have a local agent that I can physically come and ask questions to, I wouldn't have Progressive. She offers great service and has been great to answer questions. Online shopping for insurance that is such an important thing when I know nothing about it doesn't work. You are taking away face to face.
