Progressive has a comprehensive website that provides its services well. The only issue I have is that detailed reasons for rate increases are not spelled out as comprehensively on individual plans. I’d like to understand what caused the increases and if there are other options available to limit or deter them. To me that’s good customer service

I recommend for everyone else to purchase this insurance. Those insurers I highly recommend Progressive to anyone looking for car insurance because not only are they cheaper, but they also provide excellent service to their customers, no matter what situation you face.
