When one company didn't want my business anymore, Progressive did. Clean driving record, no claims yet they dropped me, Progressive was there to help.

The lady was very helpful got done exactly what I needed told me where to go to get my documents and ID cards emailed them to me it was a great experience

received my snapshot device and had no port to hook it to in my truck. I called for assistance twice but did not get a person. No help there
