Accident Response is a feature of Progressive's mobile app.
Suppose you've been in a major accident. Accident response can sense the collision and ask if you need help.
If you confirm an accident occurred, you'll have the option to request an ambulance or tow truck. And if you do, we'll even get a claim started for you.
If you don't respond to our outreach efforts, local emergency services will be sent to your location to make sure you're OK.
Accident response could be of great help in your moment of need.
